Hi everyone,

I’ve been away for a while because I’ve been dealing with a heavy burnout and I struggled with feeling constantly tired.

I told everyone it was because of stress and long workdays. And basically, the reality of “adulting.”

But I just knew something wasn’t right.

My energy would spike and crash throughout the day. My digestion was unpredictable. And no matter how much I slept, I woke up groggy.

I tried everything. More coffee. More vitamins. More sports. Even cutting out certain foods.

Nothing stuck. In fact, the more coffee I drank, the worse my crashes became.

I told an old friend of mine about it and she talked me into something.

And you know what? It was so stupid simple I wondered why I hadn’t tried it earlier.

I stopped reaching for coffee first thing in the morning. And I swapped it for a different kind of drink.

Within a week, I noticed my mornings felt calmer. My focus lasted longer. And I didn’t feel that mid-afternoon crash screaming for another…
